近几年,浙江动画产业在浙江省政府的大力扶持下发展迅速,动画相关产业也呈现出规模化、信息化等特点,与动画产业相关的一套产业链也基本形成。与此同时,浙江各高校也纷纷开设动画专业,动画人才培养模式也呈现出多种样式。在这些院校中,部分高校有非常明确的动画人才培养目标,并形成了自己的特色,但也有相当多的院校在动画人才培养上存在“重书本轻技术、重模仿轻创作”等问题。为了提高动画专业的人才培养质量,高校应该在深入研究浙江省动画产业发展需求及动画专业特点的基础上,在动画师资团队建设、教学方式、教学管理及资源建设等方面做出积极的改进。

Thanks to the vigorous support of Zhejiang Provincial People' s Government, the animation in- dustry has been booming in Zhejiang in recent years. Its relevant industries having been characterized by larger scales and better informatization, a complete industrial chain of animation has taken shape. Under such a background, many colleges and universities in Zhejiang start to offer animation courses, and the training of tal- ents is presenting diversified models. Of these institutions of higher learning, a few have had well-defined ob- jectives for the training of animation talents, and have cultivated their distinctive features, but more others have been plagued by such problems as "emphasizing theories but ignoring technology" and "preferring imita- tion to creation". In order to improve the quality of training, these schools should, based on an in-depth study of the demands of the animation industry and the characteristics of the animation program, take active meas- ures to improve the teaching staff, teaching methods, educational management and academic resources of the animation program.
