本文探讨了1999年以来国有企业的工资比非国有企业越来越高的原因。非国有企业的工资取决于劳动的边际报酬,与其不同的是,国有企业的工资除边际报酬外还包括一部分利润。由于国有企业多处于垄断性较强的上游产业,而非国有企业多处于竞争性较强的下游产业,前者的利润和工资水平便随着非国有经济的发展而不断增长。本文的实证分析显示,国有企业与非国有企业之间的工资差距和非国有经济的比重正相关,而与效率等其他因素的关系较弱,从而说明了垄断是导致两类企业之间的工资差距扩大的关键原因。

This article explains why SOEs’ wage is increasingly higher than Non-SOEs’ since the year 1999.The Non-SOE’s wage is equal to the labor’s marginal reward.In contrast,the SOE’s wage is equal to the labor’s marginal reward plus some part of its profit.The SOEs locate in monopolistic upstream industries and the Non-SOEs in competitive downstream industries.Therefore,the wage gap between them is increasingly widened with Non-SOEs’ development because the SOEs gain more and more monopolistic profit.This article’s Empirical analysis shows that the wage gap is strongly positively correlated with the non-state sector’s share of the whole economy and weakly correlated with other variables.Therefore,the SOEs’ monopoly is the key reason for wage gap between the SOEs and NonSOEs.
