伴随着新知识、新信息的不断涌现,具备与时代相适应的教育技术素养已是对高校教师的基本要求。正是在这样的背景下,文章依据山东省高校教师教育技术培训的实践经验,从培训目标、培训内容、培训环境和培训教师四个方面构建了高校教师教育技术培训体系。
伴隨著新知識、新信息的不斷湧現,具備與時代相適應的教育技術素養已是對高校教師的基本要求。正是在這樣的揹景下,文章依據山東省高校教師教育技術培訓的實踐經驗,從培訓目標、培訓內容、培訓環境和培訓教師四箇方麵構建瞭高校教師教育技術培訓體繫。

With the emergence of new knowledge and information, it has been a basic requirement for faculty to possess educational technology literacy. Based on the practical experience of educational technology training for faculty in Shandong, this study constructed a faculty training system from four aspects which included training objectives, training content, training environment and training teachers.
