现有的以课件为基本存储单元的课程资源管理体系普遍存在素材冗余、重复建设、缺乏继承性等问题,己难以适应远程教育中学习目标和教学思路的多元化需要。基于“素材-框架-目标”模型的教学资源体系的核心设计思想是建立在目标导向型学习模式上的教学内容与学习路线及教学素材的分离,并通过系统与课程资源标准化后的关联整合。本文设计的教学资源管理系统以MFO理论为指导,采用RUP开发方法、基于JAVA技术的B/S设计方案以及AJAx+JSP+JSF+IBATIS+SPRING的开发框架,完成了素材管理系统、知识点管理系统、课件制作系统、合成系统以及智能导学系统的开发,实现标准性、扩充性、易用性、兼容性等多重目标,有效地解决远程教学资源管理的难题。

The current learning material system whose basic location is the whole courseware has been prevailing in material redundancy, overlapped and un-successive construction, which is hardly adaptive to the diversity of the learning objectives and teaching methodologies. The essential designing idea of teaching & learning resource system based on material-framework-objective (MFO) model are the detachment and integration of learning content, routine and materials in the learning mode of objective-oriented. The teaching & learning resource system is designed under the theory of MFO, the methodology of RUP, JAVA B/S and the framework of AJAX+JSP+JSF+IBATIS+SPRING, which contains the system of material management, knowledge point management, courseware production and integration system and intellectual guidance system. It accomplishes the goal of teaching resource reusing, standardization, friendliness and compatibility, which effectively solves the issues of teaching and learning material management in modern distance education.
