抗日战争时期，陈毅同志以政治家、军事家的非凡胆识和高超的斗争艺术，坚持党的抗日民族统一战线。把一切可以争取和团结的力量争取团结到我党我军的周围，奏出了一曲曲军政全胜的凯歌。这一时期陈毅同志统战工作的基本特点主要有：身体力行，谓为表率；以文会友，广交朋友；真心纳谏，虚怀若谷；利用矛盾，化敌为友；关怀朋友，以诚待人。陈毅同志的统战思想对当今的统战工作仍具有一定的借鉴意义。

During the Anti-Japanese War, comrade Chen Yi took good use of his extraordinary courage and insight and superb struggle art as a politician and military strategist, adhered to the party＇s anti-Japanese national united front for promote all the power of unity and strive for unity to around our party and army, and stroke out one after another and the song of the sweep. In this period, the basic characteristics of comrade Chen Yi＇s united front work mainly include： forming a literary circle to make friends, and take full advantage of all kinds of contradiction to make more people be friends, and so on. Comrade Chen Yi＇s thoughts of united front still have certain reference significance for today＇s united front work.
