公共文化服务是政府公共服务的一个重要方面，也是现代社会文明的一个重要标志。在浙江推进公共文化服务体系建设中，必须把握公共文化服务体系建设的阶段和方位，确立与公共文化服务发展规律相适应的理念，推进公共文化产品的创作生产，加强公共文化服务运行机制建设，着力强化公共文化服务体系建设的人才和政策保障。
公共文化服務是政府公共服務的一箇重要方麵，也是現代社會文明的一箇重要標誌。在浙江推進公共文化服務體繫建設中，必鬚把握公共文化服務體繫建設的階段和方位，確立與公共文化服務髮展規律相適應的理唸，推進公共文化產品的創作生產，加彊公共文化服務運行機製建設，著力彊化公共文化服務體繫建設的人纔和政策保障。
공공문화복무시정부공공복무적일개중요방면，야시현대사회문명적일개중요표지。재절강추진공공문화복무체계건설중，필수파악공공문화복무체계건설적계단화방위，학립여공공문화복무발전규률상괄응적이념，추진공공문화산품적창작생산，가강공공문화복무운행궤제건설，착력강화공공문화복무체계건설적인재화정책보장。
Public cultural service is an important part of public service of the government, and is an important symbol of modern civilization. During the construction of public cultural service system in Zhejiang province, we should understand the stage and orientation of the construction of public cultural service system, establish the con- cept in accordance with the development law of public cultural services, promote the creation and production of public cultural works, and strengthen the construction of the mechanism, qualified talents team and policy system of public cultural services.
