学生培养质量是硕士研究生教育的生命线，研究生培养质量与生源质量、师资队伍状况、培养平台密切相关。在培养过程中抓好每个环节的质量控制是保证，其中硕士学位授权点的工作不容忽视。学位点的工作主要由非专职的学位点领衔人和领衔人助手担任。本文结合我校多年来的生化硕士培养经验，从输入、过程、输出几个方面，细分生化硕士培养过程，研究分析了生化硕士研究生培养过程质量保证体系，学位点工作定位与规范化的重要性，以期对提高生化及相关专业硕士研究生培养质量起到一定的参考作用。
