从核心力量训练的视角,对辽宁省少年女子排球队运动员的力量、速度、协调性、柔韧性等运动素质制定详细的训练计划,实施为期3个月的核心力量训练。通过训练前、后运动员弹跳、移动、挥臂、协调、腰腹和核心6类16项运动素质指标及其身体平衡能力改善与提高,归纳总结少年女子排球运动员“核心力量训练”的基本思路与方法。结果显示,核心力量训练后,辽宁省少年女子排球队运动员的运动素质均有所提高,尤其是腹背力量、核心区稳定性指标(两头起提高了7.30次,背起增长15.70次,P〈0.01;俯桥、仰桥、侧桥成绩分别提高26.10S、20.00S、23.80S,P〈0.01),说明核心力量训练采用的训练方法、练习动作针对性强,训练效果比较明显;运动员双脚站立静态平衡水平、左右脚站立静态平衡水平、双脚站立动态平衡能力均有所提升(P〈0.05),运动员核心区域深层的肌群的稳定性、神经一肌肉的协调、身体重心平衡控制能力提高,核心力量训练实效性强。
從覈心力量訓練的視角,對遼寧省少年女子排毬隊運動員的力量、速度、協調性、柔韌性等運動素質製定詳細的訓練計劃,實施為期3箇月的覈心力量訓練。通過訓練前、後運動員彈跳、移動、揮臂、協調、腰腹和覈心6類16項運動素質指標及其身體平衡能力改善與提高,歸納總結少年女子排毬運動員“覈心力量訓練”的基本思路與方法。結果顯示,覈心力量訓練後,遼寧省少年女子排毬隊運動員的運動素質均有所提高,尤其是腹揹力量、覈心區穩定性指標(兩頭起提高瞭7.30次,揹起增長15.70次,P〈0.01;俯橋、仰橋、側橋成績分彆提高26.10S、20.00S、23.80S,P〈0.01),說明覈心力量訓練採用的訓練方法、練習動作針對性彊,訓練效果比較明顯;運動員雙腳站立靜態平衡水平、左右腳站立靜態平衡水平、雙腳站立動態平衡能力均有所提升(P〈0.05),運動員覈心區域深層的肌群的穩定性、神經一肌肉的協調、身體重心平衡控製能力提高,覈心力量訓練實效性彊。

From the view of core strength training, this paper makes detailed training plan on strength, speed flexibility and coordination of junior volleyball team players in Liaoning province. The three-month core strength training is implemented. Through training 6 type of 16 sports qualities such as bounce ability, moving ability, arm swing, Coordination, waist, abdo- men, and body balance improve and enhance before and after exercise, this paper summarizes the basic ideas and methods of core strength training for junior female volleyball players, and improves the comprehensive and scientific of the China women volleyball back-up talent physi- cal training. The results showed that after the core strength training, sports quality of Liaoning junior female volleyball have been improved, especially in the waist and abdomen strength and core stability (V-up improved 7.30 times, extension dorsal grown 15.70, P~0.01~ Plank, up-plank and side plank to improved 26.10 s,20.00 s,23.80 s,P%0.01). Description core strength training methods and movement are targeted and effect obviously~ double feet standing static balance, one foot standing static balance and double feet standing dynamic balance are im- prove, and P~0.05. The stability of the core area of the deep muscles, nervous-muscular co- ordination, and center of gravity balance control ability are improved. The core strength training actual effect is stronger.
