戴震是清代批判程朱理学的重要代表人物，其思想的内在发展脉络始终以解构和批判程朱理学为基本取向和最终旨归。戴震通过对文辞的训诂考据、历史事实的勾稽、社会实践批判之“实学化”的方法择向．对程朱理学进行了全方位多层面的解构和抨击。《孟子字义疏证》末尾处“权”论的展开，乃是其反理学“实学”方法论的必然走向。这一过程，也反映了戴震重视知行的“智识”主义和行为主义思想特质。

DAI Zhen is an important figure of criticizing CHENG and ZHU＇s Neo-Confucianism, whose intrinsic ideology is consistently orientated to deconstructing and criticizing CHENG and ZHU＇s Neo- Confucianism in an omni-directional way by researching the text and exegesis, articulating the facts of history and choosing the method of the social practical criticism of utilitarianism. At the end of the book of Mencius Ziyi Shuzheng, a discussion on ＂Quan＂ reveals the inexorable trend of his objecting to Neo- Confucianism by adopting utilitarianism. And simuhaneously, it reflects that DAI Zhen values the Confucian ＂Intellectualism＂ and behaviorism.
