牧民从自给自足到基本依靠市场、依靠城镇经济.是城镇化的一种体现.牧区商品的市场化程度反映了牧民参与城镇经济的深度。赤峰牧区商品的市场化程度较高,广大牧民实现了生产方式和生活方式的转变.享受到市场经济体制所带来的好处,提高了生活水平和生产积极性.有利于缩小城乡差距.促进牧区又好又快发展。但是,在牧区商品流通过程中还存在着流通渠道不畅、商品信息不对称、优质消费品匮乏等问题。因此.应进一步加快牧区市场的培育和开发,大力发展现代物流服务业,完善配套设施,加强面向牧区的农畜产品运输、仓储、贸易、信息与技术推广,因地制宜发展集贸市场和各类综合性市场与专业市场.全面提升牧区商品的市场化程度。

the life of pastoralists changed from subsistence to basically relying on the market and urban economy; it is a reflection of the urbanization. Degree of pastoral areas commodities marketing, to some extent, also reflects the extent of the pastoralists' participation in the urban economy. The pastoralists realize the transformation of production and living patterns, share the benefits brought by market economy and improve their living standard and enthusiasm for production, which will be beneficial to narrowing the urban-rural gaps and promoting the sound and rapid development of the pastoral areas. But there are some problems with commodity circulation in the pastoral areas, such as the not smoothed circulation channel, the information asymmetry and the lack of consumption goods with high quality. So, we should, first, strengthen the cultivation and development of markets in the pastoral areas, develop the modem logistic service industry and perfect the supporting infrastructures; second, we should strengthen transportation, storage, trade and information and technology promotion of the agriculture and animal by-products for the pastoral areas, develop the proper traditional, comprehensive and special markets for the pastoral areas and improve the degree of commodity marketing in the pastoral areas.
