The paper analysizes the border forest rights disputes and handling of the status quo in Qingyuan County,holds that the border forest rights disputes with historic,long-term,complex and destructive,sudden and mass.Analysis of the the difficult root causes of the dispute mediation,and that given the right to issuing extensive cause trouble and local protectionism the overcast hinder dispute mediation;difficulties of investigation and evidence collection,do not place the cause disputes repeated.Proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the good forest right boundary of social harmony and stability.
