在传统社会中,女性在婚姻关系中的自由权利一直被漠视,这种状况直到抗日战争爆发前仍无改变。晋察冀边区政府成立后,为发动妇女参加边区建设,将妇女从传统的封建伦理束缚中解放出来,通过实施《晋察冀边区婚姻条例》等新的婚姻政策,彻底改变了旧的婚姻制度下无婚姻自由、男女不平等、包办买卖婚姻等封建陋习,女性的自由婚姻观念得以确立,妇女在婚姻和家庭中的地位得到极大改善。
재전통사회중,녀성재혼인관계중적자유권리일직피막시,저충상황직도항일전쟁폭발전잉무개변。진찰기변구정부성립후,위발동부녀삼가변구건설,장부녀종전통적봉건윤리속박중해방출래,통과실시《진찰기변구혼인조례》등신적혼인정책,철저개변료구적혼인제도하무혼인자유、남녀불평등、포판매매혼인등봉건루습,녀성적자유혼인관념득이학립,부녀재혼인화가정중적지위득도겁대개선。
In traditional society,the freedom and rights of women in marriage were ignored,this situation remained no change until the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War.After the establishment of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region Government,in order to mobilize the participation of women in the border area construction and free them from the shackles of traditional feudal ethics,the new marriage policy of Marriage Ordinance for the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region to the women was implemented,which totally changed the feudal customs such as marriage without freedom,gender inequality,and forced trading under the old marriage institution.The concept of freedom of marriage for women has been established,the status of women in marriage and family have been greatly improved.
