Science issued a paper about H5N1 which trigger a drastic discussion of the science circles.A detailed analysis of the argument involved research of duality,moral and ethical problems,which made us realize that the long history of academic freedom is not infinite or unbound.Instead,it should be rational,including the social responsibilities and obligations in the era of huge science improvement and the research result hard to control.In order to reach ethical university scientific research,we are going to create a three-dimensional structure: the liberal education as a cornerstone,the academic professional competence which is the instinctive requirement,and the academic accountability for guarantee.
