由《科学》杂志一篇关于H5N1论文的刊发问题,引发了科学界的激烈争论。分析这场争论所涉及的科研二重性及相关的伦理道德问题,可以得出以下结论：在科学技术突飞猛进、科研结果更难以把握和掌控的今天,大学传承已久的学术自由应是理性的、承载相应社会责任和义务的学术自由,在科研方面更是如此。为使大学科研生长于伦理道德的土壤,应建构以博雅教育为根本基石、以学术职业胜任力为内在要求、以学术问责制为制度保障的大学科研伦理的三维架构。

Science issued a paper about H5N1 which trigger a drastic discussion of the science circles.A detailed analysis of the argument involved research of duality,moral and ethical problems,which made us realize that the long history of academic freedom is not infinite or unbound.Instead,it should be rational,including the social responsibilities and obligations in the era of huge science improvement and the research result hard to control.In order to reach ethical university scientific research,we are going to create a three-dimensional structure： the liberal education as a cornerstone,the academic professional competence which is the instinctive requirement,and the academic accountability for guarantee.
