成员间的合作是知识网络顺利运行的基础，研究合作前提下的成员行为策略具有重要意义。在成员合作的条件下，网络内节点为了提高自身的知识存量，将时间、精力、经费等投入要素在知识转移、合作创新、自主学习和自主创新等不同的行为上进行合理的分配以获取最大的知识增量。从知识转移和合作创新的预期收益函数入手，通过对几种行为收益的综合分析，并考虑到风险因素，讨论在不同情况下成员要素投入的最佳策略。并对五个节点的知识网络G进行例证分析，对问题进一步的说明。

It possesses the important meaning for researching the behavior strategy of members on the premise of cooperation. Under the member cooperates condition, network node distributes input elements, such as time, energy, funds, etc. , between the different behaviors, such as knowledge transfer, cooperation innovation, independent study, and independent innovation in order to maximize its knowledge increment. Starting with the analysis on the expected retum functions of knowledge transfer and cooperation innovation, the mem- ber＇ s optimum strategy choice on the premise of cooperation is discussed through the comprehensive analysis on the returns and risk factors under different situations. By taking knowledge network G with five nodes as an example, the question is further analyzed.
