利用投入产出技术研究山东石化产业的波及效应，然后根据统计资料所得出的环境经验系数，分析山东石化产业扩张对其他相关联产业的波及效应与工业用水排水之间的关系。研究结果表明，山东石化产业扩张会带动其他重工业相关部门产值的增长，会额外产生排出大量的工业废水，其中COD、氨氮、石油类排放量增加尤为显著，最终影响区域经济和环境长期健康发展。
이용투입산출기술연구산동석화산업적파급효응，연후근거통계자료소득출적배경경험계수，분석산동석화산업확장대기타상관련산업적파급효응여공업용수배수지간적관계。연구결과표명，산동석화산업확장회대동기타중공업상관부문산치적증장，회액외산생배출대량적공업폐수，기중COD、안담、석유류배방량증가우위현저，최종영향구역경제화배경장기건강발전。
Based on the input and output solutions, the spread effect on the petroleum and chemical industry in Shandong is analyzed. Then according to the environmental experience coefficient, the relationship between spread effect on the petroleum and chemical industry in Shandong province and industrial waste water pollution are analyzed. The results show that, Shandong petroleum and chemical industrial production scale to increase will drive other heavy industry department production growth, corresponding will emit a lot of industrial wastewater, where in COD, ammonia nitrogen, petroleum emissions increased significantly, ultimately affect the long-term healthy development of region economy and environment.
