在计划经济向市场经济转变，高校招生迅速扩张的背景下，大学生就业难问题已成为全社会关注的焦点之一，其中少数民族大学生就业问题尤为突出。本文在实地调研、掌握大量第一手材料的基础上，从政府、用人单位、高校、学生个人几个不同层面，对新疆少数民族大学生就业的现状、特点、问题进行分析，并提出对策建议。本文认为就业是一个受多方面影响的社会问题，因此必须在全面把握、深入分析的基础上，政府、社会和个人多方协作、共同努力，才可能使就业问题得到有效解决。

In the background of the transformation of the planned economy into the market economy and the rapid ex- pansion of college enrollment the employment problem of college students has become one focus of the whole society, among which the employment problem of the minority college students is particularly prominent. In the basis of the in- vestigation on the employment situation of the Xinjiang minority college students and the collection of first-hand mate- rial, this paper analyzes the employment situation, characteristics, problems and reasons from the different angles of government, employer, college and university and student, and puts forward the countermeasures and proposals. The author argues on the basis of deep analysis that as a social issue affected by multiple factors, the employment problem could only be effectively solved and develop a benign interaction with the social development with the multilateral co- operation and joint efforts of government, society and individuals.
