清代同治年间西北回民战争彻底改变了区域回民人口的分布格局和发展进程，考证复原同治以前陕甘回民聚落，有助于我们更加清晰地认识同时期陕甘回民人口的分布问题。本文界定了研究对象以及史料判读的标准，分析了陕甘回民聚落数据的特征，对区域内既有回民聚落进行了空间分析，提出了在WEBGIS环境下共建共享数据平台的设想，并给出了具体的数据库表结构设计。

The Moslem Revolt in Northwest China during the Tongzhi-reign of the Qing Dynasty completely changed the Hui people＇s population distribution pattern and its development. To reconstruct and recover the Hui＇s Settlements in Shangxi and Gansu areas before the Tongzhi-reign will help us to study this issue more clearly. This article mainly completed the following tasks mainly completed the following tasks： define the research subject and the criteria for his- torical interpretation; analyze the characteristics and spacial distribution of Shangxi and Gansu Hui settlement data; propose ideas of constructing sharing data platform in WEBGIS environment. Finally, it also presents a specific database table structure design.
