采用问卷调查法，探讨运动员的自我意识情绪与越轨行为之关系，分析组织伦理气氛对这一关系的调节作用。结果表明：运动员的自我意识情绪与其越轨行为的关系受性别和年龄的影响不大；内疚、自豪、尴尬等因素与越轨行为各因子之间呈显著负相关；耻辱、嫉妒等因素与越轨行为各因子之间呈显著正相关；规则、关爱和利己导向伦理气氛对运动员的自我意识情绪与其越轨行为的关系均有显著的调节作用，其中又以规则和利己导向伦理气氛的调节作用最为突出。
採用問捲調查法，探討運動員的自我意識情緒與越軌行為之關繫，分析組織倫理氣氛對這一關繫的調節作用。結果錶明：運動員的自我意識情緒與其越軌行為的關繫受性彆和年齡的影響不大；內疚、自豪、尷尬等因素與越軌行為各因子之間呈顯著負相關；恥辱、嫉妒等因素與越軌行為各因子之間呈顯著正相關；規則、關愛和利己導嚮倫理氣氛對運動員的自我意識情緒與其越軌行為的關繫均有顯著的調節作用，其中又以規則和利己導嚮倫理氣氛的調節作用最為突齣。
채용문권조사법，탐토운동원적자아의식정서여월궤행위지관계，분석조직윤리기분대저일관계적조절작용。결과표명：운동원적자아의식정서여기월궤행위적관계수성별화년령적영향불대；내구、자호、감개등인소여월궤행위각인자지간정현저부상관；치욕、질투등인소여월궤행위각인자지간정현저정상관；규칙、관애화이기도향윤리기분대운동원적자아의식정서여기월궤행위적관계균유현저적조절작용，기중우이규칙화이기도향윤리기분적조절작용최위돌출。
With the methods of questionnaire, the study investigates the relationship between the self-conscious emotion and deviant behavior as well as the regulating function of organizational ethical climate on the relationship. The results indicate that the relation between the self-conscious emotion and deviant behavior of athletes is influenced by their gender and age merely to a certain extent. Secondly, factors like guilt, pride, embarrassment, etc are in apparent negative correlation whereas shame, jealousy, etc. in significantly positive correlation with the various factors of deviant factors. Finally, the ethical climate of rules, care and egoism all play regulating roles significantly on the relation between the self- conscious emotion and deviant behaviors of athletes. Among ethical climate, rule and egoism are of more salience in the regulating function.
