本文依据我国1985年-2011年的数据，从城市化水平、二元对比系数、对外开放度、第一产业比重和人均GDP五个方面建立计量模型，对城乡收入差距进行实证分析。实证结果显示：长期内，二元经济结构、对外开放度和第一产业比重对城乡收入差距的影响较大。最后，本文提出了转变对外开放模式、调整二元经济结构和产业结构的措施来缩小城乡收入差距的政策建议。

Based on the state statistic data from 1985 to 2011, we establish an econometrics model from the five perspectives of ur- banization level, dual contrast coefficient, foreign openness, proportion of the primary industry and per capita GDP, and then make an empirical analysis of the urban-rural income gap. The empirical research shows that the dual economic structure, the foreign openness and the proportion of the primary industry have a great influence on urban-rural income gap in the long run. Finally, the paper proposes that the urban-rural income gap could be narrowed by changing opening modes and adjusting the dual economic structure and the industrial structure.
