当前,随着我国区域经济的发展,对物流人才的需求量正在变得越来越大,对于物流人才的素质要求也变得越来越高。在此背景之下,怎样让高校培养出来的人才能够适应区域经济发展的需要,实现良性就业,已经成为物流人才培养中所面临的新挑战。本文分析了区域经济发展中物流人才培养所存在的问题,提出了区域经济发展中物流人才的培养策略。

At present, with the development of China' s regional economy, the demand for logistics talents is becoming larger, and the requirements for qualities of logistics talents are becoming higher increasingly. Under this background, how to make the u- niversity talents trained to be adapted to the demands of the regional economic development and realize benign employment has become a new challenge that the logistics personnel training faces. This paper analyzes the problems for the logistics personnel training in the regional economic development, and proposes some countermeasures to cultivate the logistics talents.
