American government has established a set of the quality assurance systems for preschool education to promote the quality of the preschool education since 60s of last century.The systems include four aspects:the system of teacher quality assurance;the system of assessment,encouragement and accountability of preschool;the law assurance system for scientific research;the assurance system for family guidance and service.The establishment of the system of the quality assurance for the preschool education promotes greatly the preschool education quality of America.
