外语教师是大学英语教学改革和教学实践的主体,是改革成败的关键因素之一。本文就我校大学外语教师现状基本情况进行了调查和分析,指出了在外语教师发展中存在的问题,并进行了对策研究。以期对大学外语教学改革和外语教师自身发展提供参考。

Foreign language teachers are the main body of college English teaching reform and teaching practice.They are also one of the key factors to decide the reform outcome.This paper surveys and analyzes the present situation of college English teacher of IMUFE,points out the problems existed in foreign language teacher development and puts forward countermeasures in expectation to provide reference for college English teaching reform and teacher development.
