当前,大学生失业现象已成为社会关注的热点问题。它不仅对个人、家庭和社会产生了巨大的负面影响,也造成各种资源的极大浪费。本文在对大学生失业的现状、原因及其后果分析的基础上,认为创建大学生失业保险势在必行,并对大学生失业保险制度提出了一些建议。
噹前,大學生失業現象已成為社會關註的熱點問題。它不僅對箇人、傢庭和社會產生瞭巨大的負麵影響,也造成各種資源的極大浪費。本文在對大學生失業的現狀、原因及其後果分析的基礎上,認為創建大學生失業保險勢在必行,併對大學生失業保險製度提齣瞭一些建議。

At present,college student unemployment has become the focus of the society,which not only has had negative effect on individual,family and the society but also causes huge waste of various resources.Based on an analysis of the present situation of college student unemployment,the causes and the result,this paper believes that establishing unemployment insurance system for college students is necessary and puts forward suggestions on it.
