资产评估的专业特性决定了该课程的教学工作中必须注意应用性人才的培养,而案例教学正是公认的解决这一问题的良药。本文以问卷调查的形式探究学生对案例教学的认可程度和期望,并与自身的教学工作对比,寻找完善《资产评估》案例教学模式的良策。
資產評估的專業特性決定瞭該課程的教學工作中必鬚註意應用性人纔的培養,而案例教學正是公認的解決這一問題的良藥。本文以問捲調查的形式探究學生對案例教學的認可程度和期望,併與自身的教學工作對比,尋找完善《資產評估》案例教學模式的良策。

The feature of "asset evaluation specialty" decides that the cultivation of applied talents must be paid attention to in the teaching of this course.And case teaching is commonly accepted as the cure to the solution to this problem.This paper explores students' acceptance and expectation to case teaching with questionnaire.Compares to the author's teaching,this paper attempts to find out measures to perfect the case teaching model of "asset evaluation".
