当前我国大学在支出结构、分配和使用管理等方面存在“行政化”现象，具体表现为：行政管理费支出庞大，行政力量拥有绝对的经费配置权，行政部门拥有相对的决定权。其经济根源很大程度上在于政府对大学经费投入、支出及其管理的“行政化”。大学在经费上的“行政化”一定程度上妨碍了大学功能和理想的实现。大学经费去“行政化”的策略包括：进一步丰富经费来源渠道，减少政府干预，归还并扩大大学理财自主权，精简行政机构和人员，让经费配置权回归学术力量。
噹前我國大學在支齣結構、分配和使用管理等方麵存在“行政化”現象，具體錶現為：行政管理費支齣龐大，行政力量擁有絕對的經費配置權，行政部門擁有相對的決定權。其經濟根源很大程度上在于政府對大學經費投入、支齣及其管理的“行政化”。大學在經費上的“行政化”一定程度上妨礙瞭大學功能和理想的實現。大學經費去“行政化”的策略包括：進一步豐富經費來源渠道，減少政府榦預，歸還併擴大大學理財自主權，精簡行政機構和人員，讓經費配置權迴歸學術力量。
당전아국대학재지출결구、분배화사용관리등방면존재“행정화”현상，구체표현위：행정관리비지출방대，행정역량옹유절대적경비배치권，행정부문옹유상대적결정권。기경제근원흔대정도상재우정부대대학경비투입、지출급기관리적“행정화”。대학재경비상적“행정화”일정정도상방애료대학공능화이상적실현。대학경비거“행정화”적책략포괄：진일보봉부경비래원거도，감소정부간예，귀환병확대대학리재자주권，정간행정궤구화인원，양경비배치권회귀학술역량。
The administrationization of university fund in Chinese higher education institutions takes three main forms including huge expenditure on administration,administrative divisions＇ financial decision-making power and fund management institutionalization. To some extent,those phenomena should be attributed to the administrationization of government＇s fund source,expenditure and management. The administrationization of university fund goes against the fulfillment of university＇s functions. De-administrationization requires enriching university＇s fund source, strengthening the financial decision-making power of colleges and universities, streamlining university＇s administrative structure, and returning the decision-making power on financial distribution to academic community.
