建立以企业为主体,市场为导向,产学研相结合的技术创新体系是我国创新体系建设的重要内容,企业与大学是其中的重要组成部分。由于产学协作是两个不同性质组织之间的合作,加之企业与大学的组织目标不用、协作过程中信息的不对称分布、协作创新本身具有不确定性以及跨组织管理的复杂性,导致在产学协作中存在很大风险。应用文献分析和专家访谈的方法,对产学协作过程中存在的各种风险作了识别,并应用风险矩阵和蒙特卡罗仿真方法对产学协作过程中的风险因素进行了定级,为防范产学协作中风险的产生提供了理论依据。

University-Industry Cooperation is an important content of China's development strategy to build an innovative country and an effective way of achieving technological and economic interaction and integration. Socalled University-Industry Cooperation is that the enterprises and universities use their own resources advantage, resource sharing, division of labor cooperation to achieve technological innovation and enhance their market competitiveness. However, the University- Industry Cooperation is a collaboration between two organizations which have different character. As the organizational goals of enterprise and universities are different and information asymmetry in the process of cooperation , cooperative tech- nology innovation is inherently uncertain, as well as the complexity of inter-organizational management result in there are many risks in the process of University-Industry Cooperation, these risks can lead to University-Industry Cooperation projects in the abnormal procession. This article based on the related literature research, interviews with experts, and using matrix of risk to cooperation and Monte Carlo simulation methods to determine the levels of the risks. This conclusion provides the basis for the prevention to major risks in the industry-university collaboration process.
