科学、系统和可操作的通识教育教学质量评价体系的基本框架是:评价目标——通识课程教学目标对通识教育三大目标的支持程度,教学内容是否符合上述三大教学目标,教学形式与方法是否有利于实现上述三大教学目标,教学效果是否达到上述三大教学目标;评价对象——教师和学生;评价方法——档案袋评价法、课程嵌入式评价法、自我评价与他人评价相结合等;评价内容——教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学效果。
