城市化是新生代农民工未来发展的基本趋向，促进新生代农民工的城市化发展是我国现代化发展的一项重要课题。新生代农民工的城市化发展不仅包括职业的发展，也包括能力发展和心理的发展，是一个综合的发展过程。当前，新生代农民工城市化面临着观念、能力、制度、身份、文化等多方面的障碍，为此，要积极构建新生代农民工发展的自我发展机制、政府推进机制、市场推动机制、社会支持机制、城乡互动机制和城市发展机制。
城市化是新生代農民工未來髮展的基本趨嚮，促進新生代農民工的城市化髮展是我國現代化髮展的一項重要課題。新生代農民工的城市化髮展不僅包括職業的髮展，也包括能力髮展和心理的髮展，是一箇綜閤的髮展過程。噹前，新生代農民工城市化麵臨著觀唸、能力、製度、身份、文化等多方麵的障礙，為此，要積極構建新生代農民工髮展的自我髮展機製、政府推進機製、市場推動機製、社會支持機製、城鄉互動機製和城市髮展機製。

Urbanization is the basic trend of the new generation of the rural migrant workers in the near future. It is an important topic of our country＇s modernization to promote the development of the urbanization, of ~e new generation of the rural migrant workers. It is the development of varieties. At present, the new generation migrant workers face all kinds of difficulties, such as ability, urbanization system, identity, culture and so on. Therefore, we should construct the mechanism of positive self development, the mechanism of the government promoting mechanism, the mechanism of social support and the mechanism of urban-rural interaction for the new generation of the rural migrant workers.
