正念减压疗法(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,MBSR)是一种通过系统的正念冥想训练,减轻个体压力,加强情绪管理,进而提高个体心身调节能力,促进个体临床适应性的自我管理方法。研究表明,正念减压疗法能够增强机体大脑额叶区域θ波的活动,激发注意、情绪等相关脑区的活动水平,提高左颞上回和右侧海马等区域的灰质密度。正念减压疗法经常被应用于慢性疼痛、高血压以及一些精神疾病的康复辅助治疗,同时也应用于正常个体的心身保健。但是,正念减压疗法的过往研究还存在某些局限性,今后宜进一步完善实验方法,明确作用机制,以期在社会生活中发挥更大的作用。
正唸減壓療法(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,MBSR)是一種通過繫統的正唸冥想訓練,減輕箇體壓力,加彊情緒管理,進而提高箇體心身調節能力,促進箇體臨床適應性的自我管理方法。研究錶明,正唸減壓療法能夠增彊機體大腦額葉區域θ波的活動,激髮註意、情緒等相關腦區的活動水平,提高左顳上迴和右側海馬等區域的灰質密度。正唸減壓療法經常被應用于慢性疼痛、高血壓以及一些精神疾病的康複輔助治療,同時也應用于正常箇體的心身保健。但是,正唸減壓療法的過往研究還存在某些跼限性,今後宜進一步完善實驗方法,明確作用機製,以期在社會生活中髮揮更大的作用。
정념감압요법(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,MBSR)시일충통과계통적정념명상훈련,감경개체압력,가강정서관리,진이제고개체심신조절능력,촉진개체림상괄응성적자아관리방법。연구표명,정념감압요법능구증강궤체대뇌액협구역θ파적활동,격발주의、정서등상관뇌구적활동수평,제고좌섭상회화우측해마등구역적회질밀도。정념감압요법경상피응용우만성동통、고혈압이급일사정신질병적강복보조치료,동시야응용우정상개체적심신보건。단시,정념감압요법적과왕연구환존재모사국한성,금후의진일보완선실험방법,명학작용궤제,이기재사회생활중발휘경대적작용。
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a kind of self-manage approach via systematical mind- fulness meditation to reduce symptoms of stress, and enhance emotion regulation, so as to improve the ability of adjusting individual physical and psychological status. According to the research, MBSR could increase θ rhythm activities in frontal area, increase activity in brain regions implicated in attention and emotion, and in- crease the gray matter density in left superior temporal gyrus and hippocampus areas; Meanwhile, it is widely applied in the fields of chronic pain, high pressure and some rehabilitation adjunctive therapy, as well as the physical and psychological healthy of normal individuals. However, the past researches of MBSR still have some limitations like lacking controlled groups and small simple size. Therefore, it should improve and perfect empirical method further and clearly delineate mechanism of action to have more effects on social life.
