面对学风建设过程中存在的各种障碍性因素的影响,新形势下的高校学风建设机制亟需进行完善。为提高学风建设水平,高校应从多方面完善学风建设机制,充分应用开放理性和有限理性,使新形势下高校学风建设既适应复杂多变的现状,又蕴含＂以生为本＂之意。
