教师口语课程是教师教育专业的一门基础性课程和技能类课程。课程的建设经历了三十多年的发展,大致形成了四个阶段,包括初创、发展、低谷和回升。在课程体系、教材建设、教学内容和方法以及师资队伍等方面有了较好的基础,也在应用语言学领域中取得了一席之地。但同时,教师口语的课程建设中也存在不少亟待解决的问题,需要专家和教育者更多的关注。

Teachers' spoken language course is a basic and functional course for all the students majoring in teacher education. In the 30 years of development, the curriculum construction has experienced 4 stages including initiation, propagation, recession and revitalization. With a solid foundation in curriculum system, teaching content and methods, construction of teaching materials and teaching staff, it also achieved a place in the field of Applied Linguistics. However, there are still several problems remained to be solved and need more attention from experts and educators.
