美国英才教育的发展居于世界前列,其对英才教育的重视和发展经验对世界其他国家有着重要的引领和示范作用。本文从选拔、培养、师资和管理四个方面对美国英才教育的相关政策进行了梳理,并结合我国实际,提出了促进我国英才教育发展的政策建议。

The development of gifted and talented education in the United States ranks first in the world, and its developmental experiences of gifted and talented education play a guiding and exemplary role in the world. This study analyzes the relevant gifted and talented education policies in the United States from the aspects of identification, cultivation, teachers and administration. According to practical circumstance in China, this study proposes several suggestions for gifted and talented education policy in China.
