分析历次特级教师评选和在职特级教师的结构现状发现,特级教师入选人数逐渐增加、不同学段和学科教师入选比例很不均衡,特级教师群体学历层次越来越高、大多出自城市中小学名校、性别趋于平衡、中青年入选比例提高、呈现年轻化趋势等特征。为了更好地发挥特级教师的示范引领作用,当前应当合理界定“特级教师”称号的内涵与身份;调整特级教师的入选结构和比例、评选条件与方法;加强特级教师管理;搭建特级教师成长平台、以培养本土的教学名师和教育家;开展特级教师研究,发掘特级教师的教育智慧,探寻优秀教师成长规律。

Through the statistics, we can find that the figure and the academic degree of the superfine teacher is increasing and becoming younger and younger, but the account of different education grade and different subject is unbalanced, most of whom are from city schools, the figure of the male and female gets balanced. In order to bring the example and guide influ- ence of the superfine teacher into full play, these measurement should be taken, such as the connotation and status of the superfine teacher should be defined correctly; the structure, ratio, condition and method of selection should be regulated; the examination system of the superfine teacher should be imposed; the growing space of them should be set up to develop the native educationist, and strengthen the research to find the wisdom and developmental laws of the superfine teachers.
