文章在回顾供应链整合相关研究文献的基础上，首先对供应链整合的概念演变进行梳理，然后对供应链整合的诱因以及供应链整合对企业绩效影响的相关文献做了研究和探讨。最终将供应链整合的相关研究成果整合为一个包容性更强的“供应链整合的诱因——供应链整合——供应链整合的结果”组织间供应链整合概念模型，最后对未来的相关研究进行了展望。
文章在迴顧供應鏈整閤相關研究文獻的基礎上，首先對供應鏈整閤的概唸縯變進行梳理，然後對供應鏈整閤的誘因以及供應鏈整閤對企業績效影響的相關文獻做瞭研究和探討。最終將供應鏈整閤的相關研究成果整閤為一箇包容性更彊的“供應鏈整閤的誘因——供應鏈整閤——供應鏈整閤的結果”組織間供應鏈整閤概唸模型，最後對未來的相關研究進行瞭展望。

Based on the previous research literatures on supply chain integration, the concept evolution of supply chain integration was combed primarily. Next, the related literatures on the inducement of supply chain integration and the effect of supply chain integration on the enterprise performance were investigated and discussed. As a result, an inter-organization supply chain integration conceptual model with more toleration ＂ inducement of supply chain integration supply chain integration the supply chain integration results＂ was established resulting from integrating the related research results of supply chain integration. Finally, the future research was prospected in this paper.
