宋代社会，契约文书伴随着土地私有制的深化及土地权利的分离，广泛地应用于百姓的日常生活中。与此同时，“干照”作为“田宅诉讼”中各类契约文书的通称，也因其具有示信、客观真实的证据作用而成为宋代司法判词的常用语。“干照”是宋代社会及司法活动中的固有词汇，它真实地反映着唐宋的社会变革，把它作为一个有意义的语言符号置于宋代社会结构的网络中，其背后反映的是宋代司法结构的变化与司法传统的转型。
宋代社會，契約文書伴隨著土地私有製的深化及土地權利的分離，廣汎地應用于百姓的日常生活中。與此同時，“榦照”作為“田宅訴訟”中各類契約文書的通稱，也因其具有示信、客觀真實的證據作用而成為宋代司法判詞的常用語。“榦照”是宋代社會及司法活動中的固有詞彙，它真實地反映著唐宋的社會變革，把它作為一箇有意義的語言符號置于宋代社會結構的網絡中，其揹後反映的是宋代司法結構的變化與司法傳統的轉型。
송대사회，계약문서반수착토지사유제적심화급토지권리적분리，엄범지응용우백성적일상생활중。여차동시，“간조”작위“전택소송”중각류계약문서적통칭，야인기구유시신、객관진실적증거작용이성위송대사법판사적상용어。“간조”시송대사회급사법활동중적고유사회，타진실지반영착당송적사회변혁，파타작위일개유의의적어언부호치우송대사회결구적망락중，기배후반영적시송대사법결구적변화여사법전통적전형。
In the Song Dynasty society, with the deepening of private ownership of land and isolation of land right, contract writ had been widely applied to daily lives of common people. At the same time,＂ formalities＂, as the common designation of all kinds of contract writs in the real estate lawsuit, is of objective reality and public trust so as to become typical sentences in the Song Dynasty judicial cases. Formalities was inherent words in Song Dynasty society and judicial action and it reflected the real social reformation occured in the transitional period between Tang and Song Dynasty. When it was put in the web of Song Dynasty society as a meaningful language symbol,formalities also reflected the change of judicial infrastructure and judicial tradition transition in Song Dynasty
