目的:执行功能对于个体的健康发展具有核心作用,本实验探讨健美操锻炼时大学女生执行功能的改善作用,为采用体育锻炼手段改善执行功能提供理论和实践基础。对象与方法:以大学本科健美操公选课女生87名为研究对象,以中等运动强度按照干预持续时间不同分为常规教学组、持续锻炼6周组和持续锻炼12周组,使用Flanker任务、More--oddshifting任务和2-hack任务分别测量被试实验前期、中期、后期执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换三个子功能的变化。结果:不同持续时间的健美操锻炼以及不同形式的健美操锻炼对执行功能整体(抑制、转换、刷新)具有显著性影响;常规教学组、持续锻炼6周组、持续锻炼12周组大学女生执行功能各子功能在实验前、中、后期均发生显著性变化;实验后,常规教学组、持续锻炼6周组、持续锻炼12周组大学女生执行功能各子功能存在组间差异。结论:持续一段时间的健美操锻炼可以提高大学女生的执行功能;锻炼持续时间是健美操锻炼影响大学女生执行功能发展的主要因素之一。

Objective: Executive functions are important for successful adaptation and performance in real--life situations. This study investigated the effects of different duration aerobics exercise on executive function of the college girls, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis to improve executive function by a means of physical exercise. Methods: Eighty seven college girl students of elective course of aerobics were recruited to serve as participants, who were divided to three groups: conventional teaching group, exercise 6 weeks group and exercise 12 weeks group. All subjects are supposed to fulfill three tasks, namely, the Flanker task, the 2--back task and the More--odd shifting task to respectively measure the executive functions, i.e. inhibition, updating and shifting in each stage of the experiment ( a baseline, six weeks and 12 weeks). Resuits: ( 1 ) Different duration aerobics exercise has a significant impact on overall executive function (inhihition, updating and shifting);( 2) The executive function of conventional teaching group, the group of six weeks of exercise, exercise 12 weeks of group sub--functions are improved in each stage of the experiment; {3) After 12 weeks, The executive function of conventional teaching group, the group of six weeks of exercise, exercise 12 weeks of group sub--functions were significantly different. Conclusion: Aerobics exercise has a positive impact on executive function of the college girls;
