创新已成为中国中小企业生存和发展的关键所在,并且往往与企业的领导行为直接相关,本文运用结构方程研究了交易型领导行为如何通过组织学习来影响组织创新。结果表明:在中小企业中,交易型领导行为对组织学习有正向影响;交易型领导对管理创新有正向影响;组织学习在交易型领导与组织创新之间起部分中介作用。在此基础上,本文提出了促进中国中小企业创新的建议和对策。

The innovation has increasingly become the lifeblood of the survival and development of SMEs in China. Innovation and its leadership behavior one often directly linked. Using structural equation, this article empirically researches how transactional leadership behavior influences organizational innovation through organizational learning. The results showes that in SMEs,the transactional leadership behavior has a positive impact on organizational learning;the transactional leadership behavior has a positive impact on organizational learning;organizational learning has the part of the intermediary role between transactional leadership behavior and organizational innovation. On this basis, this article presentes the recommendations on how to promote innovation of SME in China.
