在我国教育信息化从硬、软件的配备阶段发展到注重应用及其效益的阶段,开展有关学校信息技术应用效益研究的必要性和重要性也进一步凸显出来。从效益评估方法入手,全面剖析国外研究机构对于信息技术教育应用效益评估思路和操作步骤,包括对照定量比较、定性评估及不同方法的综合应用,以期对国内开展信息技术教育应用效益评估提供有益的借鉴和启示。

During the course of development of educational informationization from the stage of hard and software resources deployment to the stage of focusing on its application and impact,the research on the impact of ICT in school is more and more important.Based on evaluating methods of impact of ICT,the research,making a deep analysis of thoughts and operation steps of impact of ICT in schools performed by research institutions abroad,including quantitative comparison,qualitative evaluation and comprehensive application of various methods,can shed some lights in the evaluating methods of impact of ICT in schools in China.
