文章在GNB讨价还价模型分析农户间横向联合机制的基础上，利用多重委托代理模型对农户横向联合后基于农业产业化的纵向合作经营进行了BPR流程再造，并将BPO服务外包引入到农业产业化的专业分工．研究表明，通过农户间的横向联合和纵向合作，并将技术、物流专业外包，优化农户与合作组织、合作组织与外包组织之间的治理结构和利益联结，能较好地解决我国农户小生产、小市场与大流通、大市场之间的对接问题．

With the generalized Nash bargaining （GNB） model to analyse farmers＇ horizontal combining mechanism, using the model of multiple agency by agreement, this paper went about the business process reengineering （BPR） of farmers＇ vertical cooperating business based on agriculture industrialization which business process outsourcing （BPO） was embedded. The study shows that by farmers＇ horizontal combining and vertical cooperating, by outsourcing technique and logistic, by optimizing governance structures and profit distribution between farmers and co-organizer, between co-organizer and outsourcing organization, the paper can better resolve the problem of abutment joint between small-scale peasant economy and market economy.
