本文在对国内外关系型贷款理论及实证研究进行了较详细梳理的基础上，针对国内关于中小企业关系型贷款实证研究主要只考虑其对贷款定价的影响，而缺少对关系型贷款理论有效性的实证检验的这一不足，本文运用多元logistic方法，利用2007年东莞市中小企业和金融机构的相关融资调研数据，从企业和银行两个角度进行了回归分析，为我国中小企业关系型贷款的存在性提供了直接证据，同时还研究了银企合作关系对中小企业获得贷款机会的影响，得出了针对我国沿海发达地区中小企业和金融机构发展的两点启示。
本文在對國內外關繫型貸款理論及實證研究進行瞭較詳細梳理的基礎上，針對國內關于中小企業關繫型貸款實證研究主要隻攷慮其對貸款定價的影響，而缺少對關繫型貸款理論有效性的實證檢驗的這一不足，本文運用多元logistic方法，利用2007年東莞市中小企業和金融機構的相關融資調研數據，從企業和銀行兩箇角度進行瞭迴歸分析，為我國中小企業關繫型貸款的存在性提供瞭直接證據，同時還研究瞭銀企閤作關繫對中小企業穫得貸款機會的影響，得齣瞭針對我國沿海髮達地區中小企業和金融機構髮展的兩點啟示。

Based on the detailed literature review which involving relationship loan theory and relative empirical study, we find that empirical study only considered the impact of relationship on loan pricing, surprisingly, without empirical test of effectiveness of relationship loan. We intend to contribute to this challenging problem by applying multiple logistic regressions with researching data of SMEs financing of Dong -guan city in 2007. This paper provides direct evidences for the existence of relationship loan from both corporate and banking, at the same time, studies the impact of Bank - enterprise cooperation on Bank loans availability. In the basis of the above, there are two suggestions for the development of SMEs and financial institutions in the littoral province of China.
