The system construction of application-oriented talents training of local undergraduate colleges and universities should be based on the three systems of the development of subject and specialty, curriculum and teaching, teaching support and guarantee, which means that we should reinforce the subject and specialty development with the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the orientation, attach importance to the curriculum and teaching system development with the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the goal, and intensify the teaching support and guarantee system development with the improvement of the quality of application-oriented talents as the guidance.
