构建了集群变迁诱因及特征变化趋势的演化路径图,并利用TOPSIS评价方法分析了浙江纺织业中小企业集群的变迁诱因及其特征变化,发现浙江纺织业中小企业集群处于生命周期的成熟阶段。研究结果表明,为防止集群从成熟向衰退发展,必须采取中观政策干预,激发新的诱因和特征转变,从而改变集群发展轨迹。
構建瞭集群變遷誘因及特徵變化趨勢的縯化路徑圖,併利用TOPSIS評價方法分析瞭浙江紡織業中小企業集群的變遷誘因及其特徵變化,髮現浙江紡織業中小企業集群處于生命週期的成熟階段。研究結果錶明,為防止集群從成熟嚮衰退髮展,必鬚採取中觀政策榦預,激髮新的誘因和特徵轉變,從而改變集群髮展軌跡。

This paper analyzes the lifecycle of textile industry cluster in Zhejiang from the aspects of transition incentive and characteristic variation of cluster by the method of TOPSIS,and finds that textile industry cluster in Zhejiang is on maturity stage in cluster lifecycle.The result indicates that,in order to prevent cluster from developing to recession stage,we must take moderate policy intervention to stimulate new incentives and feature transformation,and change the development trajectory of cluster.
