在文献梳理、实地调研和专家咨询的基础上,综合运用扎根理论和解释结构方程,构建了密云水库水源保护区生态补偿机制影响因素的多级梯阶有向结构模型。分析结果表明:补偿方式、补偿途径、保护者的受偿需求和生态补偿的相关法律法规,是影响密云水库水源保护区生态补偿机制运行的核心因素;公众对优质水源的需求是最基层因素;各影响因素之间存在梯阶层次关系。

On the basis of literature review, expert consultation and field investigation, this paper constructs a directed multi-level structure model of the influencing factors of eco-compensation mechanism of Miyun Reservoir by using the method of interpretive structure modeling and the grounded theory. The result shows as follows:the compensated need of protector, compensation method, compensation way and eco-compen- sation legal system are the most important factors affecting the eco-compensation mechanism of Miyun Reservoir; the need for high-quality water of common people is the fundamental factor; there exists the multi-level relationship among various influential elements.
