教育公平尽管已被高度关注,但仍存在诸多认识偏差进而导致歧义纷争;教育公平、教育平等、教育公正、教育正义四个相关概念既存在紧密的交叉关系,又存在合乎逻辑的循环关系,但皆从属于教育民主化的动态发展过程;教育平等是指公民受教育权利的平等;教育公平是指公民受教育机会的均等,其关键是受教育机会均等的保障规则能否得到公认;教育公正是指符合社会整体利益的受教育机会均等;教育正义是指符合个体发展利益的受教育机会均等;教育公平是建立在教育平等基础上的诉求,教育公正是对教育公平的超越,教育正义则是最高的教育理想诉求。

Educational fairness has been a high degree of concern,but there is a lot of awareness of bias and thus lead to ambiguity disputes;Educational fairness,educational equality,educational impartiality and educational justice four related concepts both close cross and exist logical circular relationship,are all subordinate to the dynamic development process of the democratization of education;Educational equality is the equality of citizens' rights;Educational fairness is citizens equal opportunity in education,and its key is whether the protection rules of equal opportunities in education are recognized;Educational impartiality is in line with the interests of society as a whole by the equality of educational opportunity;Educational justice is in line with the interests of the individual development by equal opportunities in education;Educational fairness is the demands of education on the basis of equality,educational impartiality is beyond fair education,educational justice is the highest ideals of education demands.
