从对河北省近14年的经济发展质量综合评价以及包括河北省在内的十省市经济发展质量比较分析来看，河北省的经济发展质量存在产业结构不合理且层次低、最终需求结构不合理、高新技术产业薄弱、资源消耗大、民生改善需进一步加强等问题。河北省应从调整产业结构、扩大居民消费、支持企业技术创新、落实节能减排措施、完善社保体系等方面提高经济发展质量。

From comprehensive evaluation of the economic development quality in Hebei province nearly 14 years and the comparative analysis on ten provinces and cities economic development quality including Hebei province, we can see that there exists some problems, such as industrial structure is not reasonable and level is low, the final demand structure is not reasonable, high and new technology industry is weak, resource consumption is large, livelihood improvement of the people needs to be further improved in Hebei province. So we should adjust the industrial structure, expand consumption, support enterprise technology innovation, implement the measures of energy saving and emission reduction, perfect the social security system to improve the quality of economic develonment.
