学位论文网络出版后的再发表问题使得期刊、作者、管理者面临诸多困扰,业内亟需制定出台相关规则,前提是明晰学位论文再发表可能引发的版权与伦理冲突,找到数字环境中各方利益新的平衡点。在法律层面上,学位论文再发表可能侵犯论文版权所有者的权利;在道德层面上,学位论文再发表可能会有悖科研伦理,涉嫌学术不端。在此基础上提出了学位论文再发表的适用条件。

A lot of trouble,for the journals,authors,as well as the administrations,has been raised after the re-publications of the dissertations.There should have some urgent restrictions on this problem.The pre-condition solutions must be,above all,fully aware that the re-published dissertations may lead to copyright and ethical conflicts,and find the balance point under the digital environment for the interests of all parties.On the legal level,dissertations re-publication may infringe the dissertations＇ original copyrights;while at the same time,on the moral level,re-published dissertations may be contrary to the research ethics,thus may lead to the alleged academic misconduct.Based on the above,the applicable conditions for dissertation re-publications are presented.
