企业网络行为是深入研究企业网络组织的特征、形态，以及理解其发展演化的基础。基于企业行为的“资源导向”，提出一个社会网络视角的企业网络行为规则及演化分析框架。首先，从关系嵌入和结构嵌入2个维度将“资源导向”的企业网络行为界定为“资源获取”、“资源拓展”和“资源控制”3种基本类型；然后，引入社会网络权力分布思想对企业网络行为规则进行分析；最后，通过对不同成长阶段企业特质及资源需求的分析，探讨企业网络行为的演化特征，并基于企业成长的阶段性提出一个“资源导向”下的企业网络行为演化分析框架。

Firm network behavior is the foundation to deeply study network organization charac teristics, patterns and understanding the evolution of firm networks. In this study, based on ＂re source-oriented＂ enterprise network behavior, we propose a framework of social network analysis per spective. First, in relations and structures embedded, two dimensions, we define the ＂resource orien ted＂ enterprise network behavior as ＂resource access＂, ＂resource expand＂ and ＂resource control＂. Subsequently, we introduce ＂distribution right＂, which is a very important part in Social Network Theory and propose an analytical framework of the ＂resource-oriented＂ firm network behavior rules. Finally, according to the different stages of enterprise characteristics and resource needs, we analyze the evolution of firm network behavior.
