当前我国重要的能源资源逐渐稀缺,环境恶化现象日益凸显,传统经济粗放型发展方式由于投入高、效益低,已经严重影响了经济的持续、健康发展。必须尽快转变经济发展方式,增强节能环保意识,而做好这项工作的前提是改革目前资源价格运行机制,完善资源价格体系。

Resource and energy in curreat China are gradually scarce, environmental deterioration is also prominent, and the traditional extensive economic growth pattern has already hurt economy＇s sustainable and healthy development. The ex- tensive mode of economic growth should be changed and environmental awareness should be enhanced with the assumption of reforming current operational mechanism of resources prices and refining system of price of natural resources.
