审视教师与课程关系的发展历史,可将课程与教师的关系大致分为:课程与教师分离观,大课程小教师观,教师即课程观,教师创生课程观。对课程与教师关系的分析有利于厘定教师职责,明确课程分析,重赋课程与教师角色的意义。借鉴博弈方法论,吸收维持课程与教师关系动态平衡的合理因素,有助于构建课程与教师动态和谐的关系观。
審視教師與課程關繫的髮展歷史,可將課程與教師的關繫大緻分為:課程與教師分離觀,大課程小教師觀,教師即課程觀,教師創生課程觀。對課程與教師關繫的分析有利于釐定教師職責,明確課程分析,重賦課程與教師角色的意義。藉鑒博弈方法論,吸收維持課程與教師關繫動態平衡的閤理因素,有助于構建課程與教師動態和諧的關繫觀。

Looking at the development history of the relationships between teachers and curriculum,there are several views: the curriculum is designed without regard to teachers;the curriculum is first and teachers are second;teachers are organic part of the curriculum,and teachers are creative on the basis of the curriculum.The analysis of the relationships contributes to the redefinition of teachers' responsibilities,and clear analysis of curriculum,renewing the significance of curriculum and teachers' role.To absorb the reasonable factors of maintaining dynamic balance between curriculum and teachers helps to build the perspective of harmonious relationship between curriculum and teachers by referring the Game Theory.
