政府财政收入或支出的实力状况,在很大程度上决定了其为社会提供公共产品和服务的能力的强弱,是其实现经济、政治和社会职能的重要资金支撑和保障。通过分析广西财政收支重心地域迁移的动态轨迹,可以发现：广西财政在全国和西部地区之间的地位相差悬殊,全区财政收支重心有偏向南宁市和北部湾经济区的趋势,北部湾经济区的财政收支重心主要向南宁市偏移,北部湾经济区对桂东、桂南和桂西财政收支重心影响较大,区域重点建设地区对各经济区财政收支重心影响较大。
